How do I place an order? Browse our curated gift boxes, select your preferred option and proceed to checkout.
What payment methods do you accept? All available payment methods are displayed at the checkout stage.
Can I send a gift directly to someone else? Yes, simply enter the recipient's address as the delivery address during checkout.
Can I include a gift message? Yes, you can add a personalised gift message during checkout which will be included with your order.
Can I personalise my gift box? Some of our gift boxes offer personalisation options; however, unless stated on the product page, they will be standard purchases. Please check individual product pages for available customisation details.
What's included in each gift box? The contents of each box are clearly listed on the individual product pages.
Do you offer gift wrapping? All our gift boxes come beautifully wrapped and presented as standard, ready to gift upon arrival.
Do you ship internationally? At present, we only offer delivery within the UK.
What are your delivery times? Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for full details on delivery timeframes and options.
Can I track my order? Yes, you'll receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
What if the recipient isn't home for delivery? All items are tracked and require a signature. If the recipient isn't available, the courier will leave a card with available options and will always attempt redelivery.
What should I do if my items are faulty or damaged? Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page to read our policy for faulty or damaged items and how to report any issues.
What is your returns policy? We offer a 14-day returns policy. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for complete details and conditions.
Can I change or cancel my order? Once your order is placed, our warehouse processes it immediately, so we're unable to make changes or cancellations.
Do you offer corporate gifting? Yes, we can accommodate corporate and bulk orders. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
